• Summary (no more than 1 page) of work with Parks and Recreation Ontario and other
  parks and recreation agencies (dependant on award criteria) including dates of service
• Any other pertinent information, such as civic involvement, or documentation, such as
  newspaper clippings

 HUGH CLYDESDALE AWARD

• Copy of most recent college or university transcript
• Minimum of one year accumulated work or voluntary experience in the field of recreation
• Demonstrated significant and continuing leadership - in either an academic, community or work environment

 BOB SECORD AWARD

• Current resume
• Covering letter, or rational, outlining reasons applicant is worthy of the award
• Transcript including courses taken and grades received
• Letter of reference from community volunteer experience*
• Letter of reference from a college/university related experience*
• Any additional references or documentation to support the nomination

* Academically required co-op/placement activities are not eligible as experience for this award

 STUDENT PAPER AWARD

• Confirmation applicant is a full-time student (undergraduate or graduate) at a recognized Ontario college or university registered in a parks and recreation-related program
• Paper, based on topic on PRO website, must be double-spaced, 1500-2000 words (excluding references and APA publication style

• Current résume
• Copy of published works
• Letter of reference
