As a Full Conference delegate, what is included in my package?
The Full Conference Registration includes all refreshment breaks, 3 full breakfasts, 2 luncheons, the Gala Banquet Dinner & Dance, all networking events and general receptions. PRO Talks, four keynotes and all sessions are also included, as is the Trade Show.

As a Daily delegate, what is included in my package?

Daily delegates will enjoy the day’s sessions, breaks, keynote (if applicable) and lunch (except Friday where breakfast is included on this day). Wednesday Daily Delegates will have the Trade Show included. Daily Delegates wishing to join for breakfast or stay for evening events must purchase tickets separately or register as a Full Conference delegate.

Can I split a Full Conference registration between multiple people?
No, registrations may not be shared with one or more persons.

Can I register as a Daily Delegate for multiple days?
While the Full Conference package will provide the greatest value if you are planning on attending for multiple days and staying for meals and/or events, you can individually select the days you are looking to attend.

How do I qualify for the member rate?
If your organization holds a Municipal or Community Agency Membership you are eligible. If your organization holds a Group or Individual Membership, you must be listed as a designated member. To determine if you fall under these categories or if you would like to become a member, please contact membership@prontario.org. Job Mart subscribers do not qualify for the member rate. Members of the Provincial/Territorial Parks and Recreation organization affiliated with the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association are also eligible for the member rates.

Am I able to get a refund?
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A 20% administration fee will be applied to all cancellations. A fee of 50% will be applied to cancellations made after October 8th. Cancellations made after October 31st are fully non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable. All requests for cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to pro@prontario.org before the established deadlines

If I am no longer able to attend, can someone take my place?
Yes, registrations are transferable. If for any reason you are unable to attend you can transfer your registration to another staff member.

I want to bring a guest to one of the evening events. Are they able to attend?
Yes, you are able to purchase as many additional tickets as needed. Full Conference delegates can purchase additional tickets to the 1 already included in their registration package in the “Additional Tickets” section at the bottom of the registration page. Daily delegates can purchase as many tickets as needed in the “Additional Tickets” at the bottom of the registration page as well.

I’m a Municipal Member, how do I take advantage of our complimentary registration(s) included in the Membership?

If you have yet to have it provided, please contact membership@prontario.org to receive the discount code that will allow you to receive your complimentary registration NOTE: Pre-Conference sessions and additional event tickets for guests are not included in the complimentary registration.

Can I register multiple staff at once?
Yes, once you have completely registered one person you will be taken to a page to either ' Proceed to Checkout' or 'Add Another Registrant'.  Once you have added all desired delegates, simply click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and this will take you to your Order Summary. PLEASE NOTE: Each person being registered will require a unique email.

Can I be invoiced?
Yes, simply select this option as your payment method and an invoice will be sent to the email provided during registration. NOTE: Payment must be received prior to October 31st or you may not be able to attend.

Do presenters/speakers receive a complimentary pass to the Forum?
No, session presenters do not receive a Full Conference registration. They do, however, receive a complimentary daily registration for the day of their presentation (breakfast/dinner not included). Presenters wishing to register as a delegate for the full Event will received a discounted fee. Please contact aquatics@prontario.org for further information.

Do I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. You will receive email confirmation when registered and a receipt once payment is processed.

I have food allergies. How can I get an appropriate meal?
Please alert us to your allergies and dietary restrictions ahead of time by including them in your registration or by sending an email to aquatics@prontario.org. Special meals requested less than ten (10) days before the Forum opens will be subject to additional fees required by the Conference Centre.

What is the best way to stay up-to-date with changes and information?
