Welcome to the 2019 MBA Symposium

Parks and Recreation Ontario (PRO) and Play Works, founder of the Youth Friendly Community Recognition Program, are pleased to present the 2019 MBA Symposium for Managers and Staff of Youth Development Programs.

Since it started in 2001, the MBA Symposium has engaged:

  • Nearly 1,700 youth-serving staff
  • From more than 450 government, not for profit and private organizations
  • In over 225 professional learning sessions

If you work or volunteer in a community-based program, for youth ages 13-19 years, this is an event not to be missed. It is the single most important and largest training event in Ontario for managers and staff of youth development programs.

Join colleagues from across Ontario and Canada and;

  • participate in a pre-symposium workshop;
  • hear from industry experts during 4 engaging keynote and plenary addresses;
  • choose 7 sessions from 14 that best suit your professional development needs, and;
