PRO EX Exchange
PRO EX Exchange is a one-day, high-impact professional development event designed exclusively for supervisors, municipal leaders, facility operators, and sector decision-makers within Ontario’s parks and recreation sector. Each Exchange focuses on a specific topic area, providing attendees with targeted learning opportunities, practical insights, and meaningful discussions on current challenges, emerging trends, and innovative solutions. These focused events offer a unique opportunity to connect with peers, learn from experts, and dive deeper into the issues that matter most.
Explore Key Sector Topics in 2026
For 2026, PRO EX Exchange will feature two specialized events, each dedicated to a key area of focus within the sector. The Aquatics Exchange will take place October 7 2026, bringing together aquatic professionals and leaders to explore topics impacting aquatic facilities, programs, operations, and safety. The Inclusion Exchange will follow in November 4 2026, focusing on creating accessible, equitable, and welcoming parks and recreation experiences for all community members.

PRO Expedition Conference & Tradeshow is Canada’s premier event for parks and recreation professionals and the largest multi-day gathering in the sector. PRO EX Summit
PRO EX Summit is a focused two-day professional development experience designed for Ontario’s parks and recreation professionals. Bringing together senior practitioners, leaders, and subject-matter experts, Summit delivers high-impact learning, knowledge exchange, a vendor showcase, and meaningful sector connections.
Featuring compelling keynote presentations, interactive discussions, and dedicated networking opportunities, Summit fosters deeper conversations and collaboration among attendees. Smaller and more intimate than the PRO Expedition Conference & Tradeshow, PRO EX Summit offers a unique environment for building relationships, sharing expertise, and exploring emerging trends and challenges facing the sector. A select number of vendor booths are also available, providing attendees with the opportunity to connect directly with organizations offering innovative products, services, and solutions that support parks and recreation professionals
